In this 9 lesson series participants will learn about: 

  • Physical activity is part of healthy lifestyle

  • How to stretch your food dollars

  • How to increase amount and variety of fruits and vegetables

  • How to identify whole grain foods, calcium rich food, and choosing lean sources of protein 

  • Choosing foods low in fat, sugar, and salt

  • And so much more!
