 The NMC CREES strives to keep all program activities as accessible as possible. We are also committed to providing the opportunity for qualified individuals with disabilities to participate in program activities by providing reasonable accommodations. A disability is defined by the ADA as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.

Nondiscrimination

Language Access

 The NMC CREES is committed to providing the opportunity for qualified, limited English proficient (LEP) individuals to participate in program activities by providing language access.

How to request for translation or interpretation services

Complaint Process

All civil rights complaints should be sent to the CREES Civil Rights Coordinator as soon as possible, but an individual may have up to 180 days to report a complaint. 

The complaint should include the following information if and when applicable:

  • Description of incident(s)
  • Name of persons involved
  • Name of persons who witnessed incident(s)
  • Date and time of incident
  • Where the incident took place
