The NMC CREES Aquaculture & Natural Resources (A&NR) program will be holding its 1st Annual Aquaculture Summer, Youth Academy that available for youths 15 & 16 years of age.

In this experiential learning event, participants through presentations and hands-on learning activities, will be exposed to various types of aquatic production methods, aquatic animal husbandry, and growth opportunities in the aquatic production sectors and the natural resources management field.
- Participants will learn about educational, career, and business opportunities in the field of aquaculture production and natural resources management.
- Participants will learn how to start, manage, and maintain aquatic production farms
- Participants will be exposed the various disciplines, in the sciences businesses, inherent in aquatic organism production systems
